Fried North Sea sole


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tasty tom tomatoes, capers (jar 100 g), flat parsley ((a 20 g), leaves finely chopped), lemon (scrubbed), olive oil, North Sea sole *, flour and butter.

Directions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Put the flesh with the capers and parsley in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater, juice and oil with the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the North Sea tongs with the flour. Heat 50 g butter in 2 large frying pans. If the butter stops bubbling, put 1 fish in each pan. Fry in 6-8 min. Over medium heat brown and done. Turn halfway.
  3. Remove the fillets from the bone carefully from each fish. Divide over 4 plates and put the tomato dressing on it. Delicious with green beans in a garlic tomato sauce and sweet onion puree.
