Gratin chicken with tomato sauce and mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the red pepper, onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Quench the wine and let it boil down a little.
  3. Add the tomato cubes with juice and cook gently until a thick sauce. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and the oregano.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and flour. Heat the rest of the olive oil and fry the chicken breasts on both sides until light brown.
  5. Place the chicken in the oven dish and spoon the tomato sauce on it. Divide the olives and mozzarella over it. Place the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  6. Tasty with pasta or baked potatoes and broccoli.
