Spaghetti-layer dish with mascarpone
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, traditional olive oil and fresh pasta sauce tomato-mascarpone (box à 225 g).
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Clean the aubergines, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Peel and chop the onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the aubergine slices in 3 parts for about 3 minutes and drain.
Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 4 min.
Stir the mascarpone through the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
Stir in the tomato sauce through the spaghetti and half in a greased oven dish. Put half of the aubergines on top and cover with a layer of spaghetti.
Divide the minced meat over it and lay the rest of the aubergines on it. Cover again with a layer of spaghetti.
Place the dish covered in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes. Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes to make the spaghetti color.
