A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onion, traditional olive oil and fresh pasta sauce tomato-mascarpone (box à 225 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Clean the aubergines, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with salt. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the aubergine slices in 3 parts for about 3 minutes and drain.
  5. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 4 min.
  6. Stir the mascarpone through the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Stir in the tomato sauce through the spaghetti and half in a greased oven dish. Put half of the aubergines on top and cover with a layer of spaghetti.
  8. Divide the minced meat over it and lay the rest of the aubergines on it. Cover again with a layer of spaghetti.
  9. Place the dish covered in the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes. Remove the lid for the last 10 minutes to make the spaghetti color.
