  1. Beat the egg in a deep plate. Mix the cheese, oregano and the breadcrumbs in another deep plate.
  2. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken with the flour and mix so that all pieces of chicken are covered with a thin layer of flour. Pass the chicken pieces 1 by 1 through the egg and then through the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure that the pieces are covered all around. Heat 100 ml of oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat in 6 min. Around brown and done. Times regularly. Drain on kitchen paper.
