Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Let the sauerkraut drain.

Cut the smoked sausage into slices.

Grease the oven dish with butter.

Stir the sauerkraut with a fork and put the pineapple and smoked sausage in the oven dish.

Knead the flour, butter and a little salt with cool hands a crumbly dough.

Knead the cheese loosely. Season with salt and pepper and spread over the sauerkraut.

Fry the sauerkraut crumble in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
