A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: blueberry jam, crème de cassis (cake), cake (400 g), strawberries (in slices), powdered sugar, whipped cream (from a spray can) and silver pills (jar).

Directions

  1. In a bowl of jam and 2 tablespoons of cream, stir the cassis together.
  2. Cut cake into 4 long slices and cover with jam mixture.
  3. Spread 2 slices of strawberry over 2 slices.
  4. Place other slices with jam side downwards and press stacks slightly.
  5. In bowl of powdered sugar, stir in 3 tablespoons of cream the cassis and 1-2 tablespoons of water until shiny pink glaze.
  6. Cover the top of cake layers with glaze.
  7. Cut each stack with large smooth knife into 12 squares of 4 x 4 cm.
  8. Petits fours next to each other to scale and put in refrigerator until use.
  9. Just before serving on each petit four tuft whipped cream (and garnished with sixlets shimmer silver)..
