Omelette sibérienne with shaved almonds
A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: chocolate cake ((450 g), cut into finger-thick slices), raspberry jam, ice cream (chocolate), proteins, sugar and almond shavings (a 45 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cover the bottom of the cake tin with slices of cake and brush with the raspberry jam.

Divide the block of ice on this.

Cover the ice with the rest of the slices of cake, so that no place remains uncovered (including the sides!).

Put the cake tin in the freezer for 10 minutes.
