Piadine with Dutch shrimps, old cheese, apple and celery

Cut the apple into pieces, remove the core and cut into small cubes of ½ cm (brunoise).

Cut the celery fine.

Mix the shrimp with the apple, chopped celery, yoghurt mayonnaise and Dutch raw vegetables.

Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the cheese over the piadina and then the filling over each side of the piadina.
-
Fold them carefully double.
-
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the filled piadina in parts 3 min. Turn halfway and serve.
