Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Moisten the pita breads and put them in the oven for 5 minutes.
  2. Grind the chickpeas with the garlic and watercress in a food processor.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of oil and the yogurt and grind to a smooth hummus. Season with salt and (chili) pepper.
  4. Mix the lettuce leaves with the rest of the olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Cut open the pita bread and top with a spoonful of hummus and the feta.
  6. Put some lettuce leaves on top, close and serve immediately.
