Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Moisten the pita breads and put them in the oven for 5 minutes.

Grind the chickpeas with the garlic and watercress in a food processor.

Pour 3 tablespoons of oil and the yogurt and grind to a smooth hummus. Season with salt and (chili) pepper.

Mix the lettuce leaves with the rest of the olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cut open the pita bread and top with a spoonful of hummus and the feta.
