Drain the tuna.

Season the tuna in a bowl with a fork and mix in the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise).

Spoon the finely chopped onion, the fresh, chopped oregano and capers through it and add some freshly ground pepper to taste.

Leave the salad covered in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
