Chicken sandwich with spicy kale

Bring the water to a boil. Add the salt and the chicken. Cook the chicken in 10 min. Until done, keep the water against the boil (poaching).

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Cut the red pepper into rings and the bell pepper into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the paprika and garlic 30 sec.

Add the kale, red pepper, paprika and salt to the pan and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly. Take of the fire.

Put the chicken on a plate and with two forks pull the meat apart in tufts. Mix in the barbecue sauce and the RedHot sauce.

Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core. Cut into thin strips (julienne).

Cut open the pistolets and cover the bottom halves successively with kale, apple and chicken.
