Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Cut the slices of puff pastry diagonally in half. Prick holes in the dough with a fork and place the triangles on the baking tray.
  3. Spread the triangles with tomato paste and spread the grated cheese, salami and rosemary.
  4. Fry the triangles in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
