  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Meanwhile cut the stalk of the red pepper and cut the pepper into pieces. Put the oil, garlic, red pepper, paprika powder and salt in a bowl and puree with the hand blender to a smooth mixture (piri piri). Put the chicken in the baking dish and spread the mixture over it.
