Festive pizza bites for the whole family with mozzarella, ham, peas, sardines, olives and peppers.

Ingredients
- 250 g Mozzarella bread roll
- 75 g ham cubes
- 4 el frozen garden peas or look
- 1 mespoint White pepper grinded
- 1 mespoint dried nutmeg
- 15 g fresh basil bag
- 2 onion
- 1 Red pepper
- 75 g grated young cheese
- 2 look sardines in olive oil
- 12 black olives without pit
- 2 twig fresh oregano
- 8 roasted red peppers in pot
- 16 slice Spianata Romana (salami)
- 680 g super croissant dough can of 340 g
- 690 ml spiced tomato sauce
- 50 g pine nuts

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line the baking sheet with baking paper.

Siege A: Cut the bread roll mozzarella into tiny cubes. Mix with nut cubes, peas, pepper and pinch nutmeg.

Cut the basil into strips and scoop half through the mozzarella mixture.

Siege B: Cut the onions into rings. Clean the red pepper and cut into strips. Prepare the grated cheese.

Halve the sardines and remove the bones. Cut the olives into slices. Pick the leaves from the oregano sprigs.

Cover C: Dab the peppers dry with kitchen paper and cut into strips. Cut the other bread roll mozzarella into thin slices. Prepare the spinata romana.

Roll out the croissant dough on the counter and cut into 24 squares. Cover the dough with tomato sauce.

Divide each siege (see list of ingredients) into 8 squares, but separate basil strips (A), oregano (B) and pine nuts (C) for garnish.

Put 8-12 pizzaatjes on the baking sheet at a time and bake in approx. 12 min. Place the pizzas with reserved garnish.
