Prepare the croquettes according to the instructions on the package.

Slice the parsley and basil. Cut the spring onion into thin rings.

Mix the hüttenkäse in a bowl with parsley, basil, spring onions and some freshly ground pepper. Cut thin slices of the pepper.

Serve the croquettes with the herb sauce. Garnish with rings of paprika.
