Pizza ricotta, salami and paprika


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pizza bottoms (pack a 2 pieces), pizzassimo (pizza sauce), thinly sliced ​​salami (a 100 g), yellow peppers (cut into thin rings), ricotta (fresh cheese and 250 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 240 ºC.
  2. Place the pizza bases on a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Brush the bottoms each with 2 tbsp pizza roll.
  4. Cover the pizzas loosely with the salami and paprika.
  5. Divide the ricotta over it.
  6. Put 2 pizzas on a baking tray and bake for about 8 minutes in the oven.
  7. If you bake the pizzas one above the other, change the baking trays after 4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and bake the other 2 pizzas.
  9. Tasty with fresh cucumber mix (raw vegetables, bag 150 g)..
