Pizza with asparagus, anchovies and spinach pesto

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions on the packaging.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC and grease the baking tray.

Bring a pan with plenty of water and salt to the boil and blanch the green asparagus for 2 minutes.

Drain and rinse under cold water. If necessary, cut them into equal pieces.

Roll out the dough thinly and cover the baking tray with it (or make 2 smaller pizzas on 2 baking trays).

Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the asparagus, onion, anchovies and olives over it.

Divide the mozzarella over it and add some pepper.
-
Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Divide generously pesto over the pizza and fry for another 5 minutes.

Tasty with toasted.
