Italian fish with capers
Fresh pasta with fish, olives, capers, onion, tomato sauce and arugula.

Boil the tagliatelle in plenty of water with salt according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion and let the olives drain.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion 1 min. Fry the olives and capers for 1 min.

Pour the tomato sauce into the pan. Heat the sauce for 2 minutes.

Place the fish in the tomato sauce. Stew the fish with the lid on the pan in 5 minutes until done.

Add pepper. Meanwhile, mix the rest of the oil and pepper and salt with the arugula.

Divide the fish with the tomato sauce over the tagliatelle. Serve the rucola salad separately.
