Thai salad with steak, rice and peanuts
Thai spiced steak salad with snow peas and cucumber.

Squeeze out the lime. Mix the lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce in a bowl into a dressing.

Clean the red pepper. Cut the flesh into rings. Cut the onion into wafer-thin rings and stir in the dressing.

Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes in boiling water. Drain into a sieve and rinse with cold water.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the halves into slanted slices.

Mix the snow peas, cucumber and the leaves of the coriander in a bowl.

Brush the steak with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat in 4-5 min. Medium. Turn halfway.

Let rest for 5 minutes under aluminum foil and then cut into thin slices.

Add the meat to the vegetables and pour in the dressing. Sprinkle with the peanuts. Bon appétit! .
