Thai spiced steak salad with snow peas and cucumber.

Directions

  1. Squeeze out the lime. Mix the lime juice, sugar, fish sauce and soy sauce in a bowl into a dressing.
  2. Clean the red pepper. Cut the flesh into rings. Cut the onion into wafer-thin rings and stir in the dressing.
  3. Cook the snow peas for 2 minutes in boiling water. Drain into a sieve and rinse with cold water.
  4. Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the halves into slanted slices.
  5. Mix the snow peas, cucumber and the leaves of the coriander in a bowl.
  6. Brush the steak with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and grill the meat in 4-5 min. Medium. Turn halfway.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes under aluminum foil and then cut into thin slices.
  8. Add the meat to the vegetables and pour in the dressing. Sprinkle with the peanuts. Bon appétit! .
