Spinach tortilla
Spanish recipe for a tortilla of chorizo, potato, spinach, egg and cheese.

Cut the chorizo into pieces. Bake in a large frying pan with non-stick coating the chorizo in va. 2 min. Off. Add the potatoes and stir-fry approx. 6 min.

Meanwhile, let the spinach shrink in about 2-3 minutes in a pan with a base of water. Drain onion in a sieve and press out as much moisture as possible. Finely chop the spinach chep through the potatoes.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour over the potato with the cheese. Allow the egg to coagulate for 4-5 min.
