Perfect for easy evenings: fresh tagliatelle with Spanish spiced meat, Italian stir-fry vegetables and paranos chips.

Directions

  1. For the pasta, bring a large pot of water to the boil and add salt if necessary. In the meantime, remove the skin from the sausage.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the sausage meat with the thyme for 5 minutes on a high heat. Press the meat into pieces with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add the stir-fry vegetable and cook for 8 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.
  4. Meanwhile, add the pasta to the boiling water and cook in 4 minutes until al dente. Drain and collect 150 ml of cooking liquid.
  5. Mix the pasta together with the cooking liquid through the vegetable sausage mixture. Spread over deep plates and sprinkle with the cheese chips.
