Garlic shrimps with haricot salad


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white rice (bag a 1 kg), onions, garlic, tomatoes, red pepper, haricots verts, vinegar, olive oil, giant prawns (frozen, 500 g), mustard and sugar.

Directions

  1. Boil rice according to directions on packaging.
  2. 1 Peel onion and cut into rings.
  3. Cut the onions and garlic finely.
  4. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  5. Cut pepper into rings (remove seeds if necessary).
  6. Haricots verts drain.
  7. Sprout onion rings in vinegar.
  8. Heat half of oil in frying pan.
  9. Chop finely chopped onion, garlic and pepper for 1 min.
  10. Add shrimps and fry 5-7 min.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. In the meantime, mix oil, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Add onion rings with vinegar, tomato and haricots verts.
  14. Distribute rice and shrimps over 4 large plates.
  15. Make salad next to it..
