Tagliatelle with mushrooms from Umbria
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garlic, traditional olive oil and Fresh flat parsley.

Wipe the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Cut the garlic into slices.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic over low heat for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry them in a high heat.

Grind a little chilli pepper, pour in the stock and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain the pasta and spread the tagliatelle over warm deep plates.

Slice the parsley and stir in the mushrooms and spread them over the tagliatelle. Drizzle the truffle oil over it and add some chilli pepper.

Saute with a fine (cheese) slicer curls Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Serve immediately.
