Turkey with oven potatoes, green beans and yogurt mayo
Main course with grilled turkey schnitzels, potato wedges, dried rosemary, red onion, bacon, green beans and yogurt Greek style.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Spoon the potato wedges with the oil and the rosemary.

Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven. Spoon halfway.

Meanwhile, clean the onions and cut into thin half rings. Cut the bacon into strips.
