Pork fillets with mozzarella and basil
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pine nuts (bag of 65 g), pork fillets (organic), mozzarella (cheese, bag 125 g), basil (box 15 g) and olive oil.

Roast in a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil or butter the pine nuts in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate.

Use a sharp knife to cut open the pork fillets, such as a pita bread. Sprinkle the meat on both sides with salt and pepper.

Cut the mozzarella into 4 slices of the same size and place the fillets in 'in'. Put the basil on both sides between the meat and the mozzarella. Close the fillet steak with the cocktail sticks. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meat over medium heat. Lower the heat and fry the meat in 8 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and black pepper. Tasty with fried spinach and potatoes.
