Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.
  2. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 6 minutes.
  4. Line the baking dish with half of the bacon. Spoon the onion and garlic.
  5. Sprinkle the meat with the flour and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in the same frying pan and fry the meat in brown for 3 minutes.
  6. Pour in the wine and stir the cakes. Spoon the meat and wine into the baking dish.
  7. Cut the needles of the rosemary fine. Spread with the pickle and the drained olives over the meat.
  8. Cover with the rest of the bacon. Fill with water so that everything is underneath.
  9. Leave to cook in the oven for approx. 5 hours.
