Turkey breast with apple-cranberry compote
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, sunflower oil, potato wedges (450 g), apples (Elstar), cranberry compote (pot a 350 g), crushed green beans, onions, fresh thyme (15 g) and turkey breast à la minute.

Bake 1/4 of butter with 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the potato wedges until golden brown in 15 min.

Arrange regularly.

Peel apples, remove cores and cut apples into pieces.

Mix apples with compote and 25 g butter in a saucepan, bring to the boil and boil for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil beans in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 8 minutes.

Peel and chop onions.

With potato wedges.

Remove thyme leaves from twigs.

Spread slices of turkey with salt, pepper and half thyme.

Heat the remaining butter with 1 tbsp of oil and brown slices in about 3 min.
