Vega burger with sweet french fries
A tasty american recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sweet potatoes (scrubbed), olive oil, vegetarian burgers (bowl 2 pieces), red onion (in rings), white floor cadets (4 pieces), romain lettuce (200 g), tomatoes (in slices) and salad dressing garlic (270 ml bottle).

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC. Cut the sweet potatoes into thick fries. Place on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle with 3 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast the French fries in the oven in 20-25 minutes until tender and brown.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the hamburgers for 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and keep warm on a plate under a lid. Fry the onion for 3 minutes in the remaining oil.

Cut open the rolls and spread with a few leaves of lettuce. Divide the burgers, some tomatoes, some onion and half of the salad dressing. Put the rest of the lettuce, onion and tomato in a bowl and drizzle with the rest of the dressing. Serve the vegaburgers with the fries and salad.
