Dutch dish with minced meat, mashed potatoes, apple and winter carrot.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Chop the onion, cut the winter carrot into small pieces and the apple into thin slices. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onions for 5 min.

Fry the carrot for 5 minutes. Bake the minced meat for 3 minutes. Add the mustard and season with salt and pepper.
