Out-of-the-oven paella with chorizo, green beans and olives
A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chicken stock, saffron threads, olive oil, chorizo sausage (diced), onion (chopped), red pepper (diced), green beans (cleaned), risotto rice and black olives (240 g).

Dissolve the bouillon tablet and the saffron in 650 ml of boiling hot water.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Heat the oil in the paella or ovenproof frying pan. Fry the chorizo gently for 3 minutes. Add the onion and paprika and fry them for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the rice in the pan and fry the grains until they are covered with a layer of oil.

Add the green beans and stock. Bring everything to a boil. Cover the pan with aluminum foil or lid and place the pan on the rack in the middle of the oven.

After 15 minutes take the pan out of the oven and let it stand for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the olives over the rice.
