Winter wraps with turkey and endive
Wraps with chorizo, turkey, onion, red pepper, tomato, endive and Greek yogurt.

Cut the chorizo and bell pepper into cubes. Cut the turkey into strips and peel and chop the onion. Fry the chorizo gently in a frying pan. Spoon the turkey, onion, bell pepper, through it and stir-fry all 5 min.

Sprinkle with paprika powder and fry briefly. Add the tomato cubes with moisture and season with pepper and salt. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat until thick sauce.

In the meantime, heat the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Brush the tortillas with Greek yogurt and spread the raw endives over it. Spoon the turkey with sauce in the middle.

Fill the bottom and sides of the tortillas over the filling. Divide the wraps over the plates.
