Directions

  2. Add the minced meat and fry in 5 minutes. Spoon the mixture into a bowl with a slotted spoon.
  3. In the meantime, peel the winter carrot. Cut the carrot into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise).
  4. Cut the celery in length into strips and the strips into small pieces. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
  5. Fry the carrot, celery, onion and garlic for 5 minutes in the remaining shortening. Add the ham-mince mixture.
