Ingredients
Directions
-
Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and put in a large pan.
-
Add the stew vegetables, kale and the water. Bring to the boil with the lid on the pan. Place the lid diagonally on the pan and cook the potatoes and vegetables in 20 minutes until done.
-
Meanwhile, cut the onions into half rings. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 15 minutes on medium heat.
-
Sprinkle the pork fillets with the stew herbs. Put the onion on the side after 11 minutes and place the fillet strips next to it. Cook for 4 minutes on a high heat until tender. Turn halfway.
-
Drain the potatoes with vegetables, but collect a cup of cooking liquid.
-
Stamp the potatoes and vegetables with the mashed pestle into stew. Add some cooking liquid if the stew is too dry.
-
Season with pepper and salt. Put the stew in a bowl and put the fillet steaks on it.
-
Add the water to the onion and continue stirring for 1 min on a high heat. Spoon the fried onions over the meat and serve.
