Fusilli with vegetables and ham-cheese sauce

Cook the fusilli al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir smooth with a whisk.

Leave for 3 minutes on low heat and then stir in the milk. Raise the heat and stir into a bound sauce (bechamel).

Add the cheese and melt on low heat while stirring. Cut the ham into pieces and stir through.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry all stir-fry vegetables for 4 minutes on a high heat.

Drain the pasta. Mix in a large pan or dish the pasta with the ham-cheese sauce and scoop the vegetables.
