Ingredients
- 400 gram tofu
- 4 tablespoon ketjapmarinademanis
- 1 fresh ginger peeled, grated, approx. 5 cm
- 50 gram Sesame seed
- 500 gram green beans picked up
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 onion shredded
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped, jar
- 1 look maize leaked out
- 1 Red pepper in bars
- 1 bottle wok sauce sweet and sour
- 2 spring / forest onion in rings

Drain the tofu and wrap the block in a clean tea towel. Put a pan filled with water (for the weight) and let stand for half an hour so that as much moisture as possible comes out.

Cut the tofu into cubes of 2 cm. Mix the sweet soy sauce with the ginger and add the tofu cubes. Let marinate for 30 minutes and scoop halfway through. Drain and collect the marinade. Roll the tofu cubes through the sesame seeds.

Boil the green beans al dente, drain and rinse cold under the tap.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the tofu for about 5 minutes. Carefully shake the cubes until they are light brown on all sides.

Take the tofu cubes out of the pan and add the onion, garlic, green beans, corn and peppers. Bake for a few minutes. Pour the wok sauce and the rest of the marinade into the pan and bring to the boil.

Scoop the tofu cubes through the dish and sprinkle with the spring onions. Tasty with rice or noodles.
