Potato vegetable gravy


A tasty French recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions, carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, green beans, potatoes, olive oil, veded apricots, saffron threads, ketoembar (ground coriander), cinnamon stick, cloves and honey.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion roughly.
  2. Remove green to small pieces of carrots.
  3. Washing carrots and peeling with peeler.
  4. Peppers wash, halve and remove seeds.
  5. Cut peppers into large pieces.
  6. Cleaning and washing green beans.
  7. Rub potatoes in cold running water and cut into pieces.
  8. Heat oil in large frying pan.
  9. Add onion fruit and other vegetables.
  10. Add so much water that all vegetables are just not covered.
  11. Add apricots, saffron, coriander, cinnamon stick, cloves and honey.
  12. Bring everything to a boil.
  13. Vegetables with lid tilted on pan over a low heat (with flame distributor) in approx.
  14. 2 hours..
