Zucchini spaghetti with sausages
Pasta of vegetables with pork sausages, garden peas and avocado sauce.

Heat the grill pan without oil or butter over medium heat and grill the sausages in 11 min. Until done. Times regularly.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 8 min. On medium heat. Stir frequently.

Add the frozen peas after 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Put the avocado with the garlic and crème fraîche in a high cup and puree with the hand blender. Season with pepper and salt.

Add the zucchini spaghetti to the pea mixture and heat for 2 minutes. Mix in the avocado sauce and spread over the plates.

Cut the sausages diagonally in half and spread over the spaghetti.
