Salmon fillet with chives and horseradish cream
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet, freshly ground black pepper, sea salt, sunflower oil, grated horseradish (a 140 g), fresh chives (25 g), lime and mayonnaise.

Cut salmon into 2 equal pieces and dab dry with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle filets with freshly ground pepper and salt and thinly coat with oil and horseradish.

Cut chives over the plate finely.

Press salmon into chives so that all sides are covered with them.

Squeeze half lime, halve whole lime.

Mix Mayonnaise with the rest of horseradish and season with lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Let the grill pan get hot.

Salmon 2-3 min.

Per side grilling until fillets are almost cooked (core may remain transparent).

Place lime halves on edge of grill pan until lime starts to color.

Put salmon fillets and lime on two plates.

Spread the horseradish sauce next to it.

Delicious with potato salad and green beans..
