A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, smoked bacon cubes (duopak 250 g), hamlaps (in large pieces), saucijsjes (cut loose), onion (in thin segments), tomato puree, fresh thyme leaves (bowl 15 g), cloves, bay leaf, chilli pepper, white beans (a 680 g), oil and leeks (in thin rings).

Directions

  1. Heat the butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Fry the bacon, the hampen and sausages around lightly brown.
  3. Fry the onion.
  4. Add the tomato puree and fry.
  5. Put the cloves in the bay leaf.
  6. Add the thyme, 250 ml of hot water, the chili pepper and a little salt and bring to the boil.
  7. Place the lid on the pan and simmer the meat for 35 minutes on low heat.
  8. In the meantime, rinse the beans in a sieve and let it drain.
  9. Stir the beans through the meat.
  10. Put the lid on the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
  11. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the leek light brown.
  12. Fish the bay leaf with the cloves from the pan.
  13. Spoon the dish into a bowl and spoon the leek on it.
  14. Tasty with a green salad..
