Flammküchen with cauliflower bottom

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the cauliflower rice 5 minutes on medium heat. Keep shoving well.

Spoon the rice in a large bowl, let it cool for 15 minutes and scoop occasionally.

Remove the pizza from the oven and spread a thin layer of crème fraîche over the bottom. Cover with the bacon and onion and cook for another 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
