Preistamppot with kibbeling
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (kruimig kilo'tje (1 kg), peeled), kibbeling (400 g, freezer), oil, leeks (sliced (300 g)), cooking cream (light (bottle 250 ml) ) and mayo (with piccalilly (pot 350 ml)).

Cut the potatoes into pieces and cook them in little water in 20 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, prepare the squeeze according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the leek in 4-5 min.

Heat the cooking cream in a saucepan. Drain the potatoes. Add the cooking cream and grind the potatoes with the puree mash. Season the leek and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the leek stew over 4 plates. Serve with the quibbling and the mayo.
