Pepper steaks with chive quark
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (bag 3 kg), butter, red onions (in parts), green beans, pepper steaks (bowl 2 pieces), curd cheese (full (500 g cup)), fresh chives (25 g ) and finely cut).
Clean the potatoes and cook them for 10 minutes.
Halve the potatoes and cut the halves into pieces.
Fry in 30 g butter golden brown and cooked in approx.
Add the onions after 10 min.
Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans.
Cook the green beans al dente in about 5 minutes, drain and scoop them with the potatoes.
Heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the pepper steaks on both sides 2-3 min.
(They are still rosé inside).
Mix the curd with the chives and pepper and salt to taste.
Serve the pepper steaks with the greengrocer and the chive quark..
