Ratatouille with sirloin steak
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (finely chopped), fresh rosemary (pickled), olive oil, entrecotes, red onions (in coarse pieces), peppers (in thin strips), courgettes (lengthwise in thin strips), vine tomatoes (in coarse pieces) and balsamic vinegar.

Spoon 2 chopped cloves of garlic with the seeds of 2 sprigs of rosemary and 2 tbsp oil and season with salt and pepper. Marinate the entrecotes herein.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the red onion, the rest of the garlic and pepper until they turn light brown. Add the zucchini, tomato and the needles of 1 sprig of rosemary. Bring the ratatouille gently to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Heat the grill pan. Take the sirloin steak out of the marinade and rub the needles and garlic with kitchen paper. Grill the meat 4 min. Turn after 2 min.
