Slice the sushi ginger and mix in a bowl with the char siu sauce, chilli flakes and the lime juice.

Add the bacon patties and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

Light the barbecue.

Grill the meat on the barbecue in approx. 17 min. Until crispy and done. Times regularly.
