Red cabbage and sauerkraut with pears
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, cooked red cabbage with apple (520 g), cooked wine sauerkraut (with bacon (250 g)), solid potatoes (in pieces), smoked sausages (beef, a 250 g), stew pears ( refrigerator compartment and 400 g).

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in 2 pans each.

Roast slowly in one pan of red cabbage and in another pan of sauerkraut for 25 minutes.

Potatoes covered in 20 min.

Put sausage sausages in their packaging after 5 minutes on top of potatoes and heat them up.

Slowly heat up stewed pears.

Drain potatoes and let stand for a while (dry steam), shake a few times.

Smoke sausages in half.

Spread cabbage and sauerkraut on four plates.
