Mussels in curry sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh mussels (2 kilos), onions, sunflower oil, Indian curry sauce (400 ml), creamy coconut milk (200 ml), mixed iceberg lettuce (extra (200 g)), salad dressing yoghurt (bottle a 450 ml) and baguette.
Mussels according to instructions for cooking (bag of herbs is not used).
Peel onions, chop and fry in oil.
Fry the curry sauce and coconut milk with onion and heat for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove mussels from shells (some of them as a garnish) and stir in sauce.
Mix salad and dressing.
Mussel curry with garnished mussels in shell garnish and serve with baguette and salad..
