Baked salmon fillet with fresh salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Scottish salmon fillet (a ca. 235 g), butter or margarine, cucumber, mixed lettuce extra (200 g), salad kit (Ceasar, 120 g), garlic, olive oil (extra virgin) and ciabatta (Italian bread).

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Divide salmon into 4 pieces and sprinkle with salmon herbs (out of packaging).

Heat butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Salmon nicely browned in about 8 minutes on both sides.

Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and cut into cubes.

Mix lettuce and cucumber with 4 bags of salad kit.

Peel the garlic and press it over olive oil.
-
Cut Ciabatta into slices and sprinkle with garlic oil.

Place bread slices for about 3 minutes under grill.

Serve salmon with salad and ciabatta..
