Meatballs with vegetables


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, minced beef, minced meat, egg, green beans (cleaned and halved), margarine (liquid), onion (chopped), mushrooms ((250 g), sliced), tomato frito (375 g), ketjap manis and maggi aroma (bottle a 100 ml).

Directions

  1. Mix the mince with the minced meat mix and the egg and turn into small balls.
  2. Cook the green beans in 10 minutes and let them drain.
  3. Heat the margarine in a large pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the meatballs and brown in 5 minutes.
  5. Add the mushrooms, cook for another 5 minutes and finally add the tomato frito and the cooked beans.
  6. Season the dish with ketjapmarinademanis, and pepper to taste and let it cook for another 15 minutes on low heat.
  7. Tasty with mashed potatoes or rice..
