Spaghetti bolognese with minced meat and tomato sauce
Wholemeal spaghetti with half-to-half-mince, zucchini, winter carrot in spicy tomato sauce.

Slice the garlic. Peel the winter carrot. Cut the carrot and zucchini into cubes of 2 cm.

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the minced meat and the garlic and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the minced meat is free.

Add the sauce and carrot and fry the dish in 15 minutes with the lid on the pan until done. Add the courgette for the last 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the spaghetti over deep plates and spoon the sauce on it.
