Boil the ingredients for the sauce with 100 ml of water for 10-12 minutes at medium height until the apples are soft. Prak and stir with a fork and keep separate.

Sprinkle the chicken strips with salt and pepper. Beat the proteins in a deep plate. Mix the flour, cornstarch, sesame seeds and five-spice powder in another deep plate.

Heat a layer of oil in a wok or skillet. Roll the chicken strips first through the egg white and then through the flour mixture. Bake the chicken strips golden brown and cooked for about 10 minutes. Serve the apple sauce and any leces.
